I usually reserve that for those people who cannot connect to anything, but it's a remote problem that doesn't often popup, even in the networking newgroups. Usually it's an MTU problem that can be adjusted by trial and error. Which is what the LinkSys article was about, but I see it's now been pulled and replaced with the article I linked the poster to previously.
