Stopping Rolex spam

I'm getting 20 or 30 spam e-mails at day advertising Rolex. The e-mails
contain no text, only a graphic, and the text in the subject line is
always nonsense words. As a result, there's no way to filter these
e-mails by the usual filtering method.

Does anyone have a solution?
