I have one account with one ISP. I have off that 3 alias account
names ie: name1@xxxxxxxx, name2@xxxxxxxx, name3@xxxxxxxx

I have name1@xxxxxxxx set as default which is my account. If someone
sends me an email and I go to reply it defaults to name2@xxxxxxxx
instead of my account.

I never use to have this problem and can only think I have missed a
setting somewhere

They are aliases for the same mailbox on the server. Unless you apply message rules, the first account to access the account will get all of the messages. OE's message rules only work for POP3 accounts, not IMAP or HTTP. There is no dependable way to set the order in which OE checks the accounts.
