OE address book migration from old computer to new computer

I recently purchased a new computer and now have my two computers (the old
and the new) networked. Does anyone know what needs to be done to migrate
my OE address book from my old computer to OE on my new computer? Do you
need specialized software (if so any recommendations?) or can I use the
import / export feature to move addresses?
