Yahoo Import

I can't seem to import my Outlook Express address book to Yahoo. I created the CSV file as instructed but when I click import, it says it is not created properly and won't import. Any suggestions?

 I use IE 6.0, XP SP2, OE 6.0 and need to setup a Yahoo address.
