Well, Outlook Express uses mshtml.dll (the html proccessor for IE) As
evert one should know, IE is full of bugs and problems, so any
problems in mshtml.dll will also effect Outlook or Outlook Express,
using plain text removes the potantial of a attack of some kinf using
vunrability in mshtml.dll.
