Gentlemen:

I address you jointly because you both offered strikingly similar
recommendations to help me with my problem of attempting to send an email
message with attachment. Whether it was one modification or a combination
of several that you suggested I will never know, but by following directions
pertaining to my anti-virus program and/or cleaning up some folders, I can
now send pictures to my children from my digital camera.
