The old identity is messed up and that could be some of the reasons why you can't import. Alternatively, it could be due to OE installation failing.

If you can access your folders in the old Identity, create a new folder in that Id and then copy the messages from one of the folders to that new folder. It should not then be corrupt. Then switch to the new Identity and see if you can import from that new folder. If so, then you can do the same with the other folders in the old Id.

Can you access the Terra Web mail interface from XPSP2?

I would also check for spyware (www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#9).

Also, if you installed XPSP2 with the antivirus software enabled, you may need to uninstall SP2 and reinstall it with the av software disabled.

Steve, I have a more precise view of problem.

There is no overclocking at all.
I did step 3 only because this is an XP SP2.

With a new identity created I see that first problem , with ISP Terra, was not fixed. Afterwards I checked from Terra webmail screen on a W98 partition in this PC, I have no control over my messages. I only can read it, no send, no file in other folder etc. When I try to update boxes IE tells you to wait for the mail listing end.
I know I have a problem with Terra.

Other part of problem I think is on OE.
When New Identity I can't import from backup mail data, nor from Old Identity folders.
I also get error resending several messages working from old identity.
What solution will be available in order not loose mail data?

Make sure you are not overclocking. This is known to generate OE problems.

It sounds as if the message store is corrupt. Go to File | Identities and set up a new Identity. Then do points 2 and 3 here: www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx

After that set up your accounts and see if all is working properly. If so, then you can use File | Import to get the stuff from the other Identity.

From near a month ago, OE 6 is being closed as soon a determined ISP is
being addressed to get mail objects.

Not only with a ISP, also when I was looking for something on a OE database
I got this error. Also when I tried to restore mail folders .DBX "msimn
error"
appears again.

I have been looking about malware with Spyboot, MS AntiSpyware, HijackThis,
and I haven't noticed any clue.

Doing an analysis of main storage some errors were related with a pattern of
contiguous addresses, picking always the same bit(more than 350 errors were
reported). I replaced DDR and now RAM test runs without any error. Since
I made this change another problem "from start time increasing each IPL" has
been fixed.
Can anyone of you give me some help to deal with this error?
May bad Ram module did corrupted OE or its Data Base?
