Problem with OE6 on Win 98

Hi all

My sister is getting the following error message when he tries to open OE6

"Outlook Express could not be started. The application was unable to open
the Outlook Express message store. Your computer may be out of memory or
your disk is full . . ."

I believe this error is due to a corrupted dbx file on her PC. I recall
hearing on a local radio programme there is an easy way of fixing this by
double-clicking on a file that rebuilds the message store but I can't
remember which one.

Can anybody help me?

TIA Big Dave
