Force Identity Logon - ActiveX error

I've been using Tom Koch's "idforoe.vbs" script to force an identity logon
with no problems. Unfortunately I encountered a problem with Windows not
booting but despite numerous attempts at resolving it and various
suggestions from other users, ended up doing a reinstall of W98SE over my
existing setup. This solved other problems but now I cant use idforoe.vbs,
getting error message indicating a Script Execution Error with Category -
Microsoft VBScript runtime error and Description - ActiveX component can't
create object. This occurs at Line 29 Column 0 which is "Set WshShell =
WScript.CreateObject("Wscript.Shell")"
Any suggestions on resolving this would be much appreciated.
