Hello "DGuess"...once again (!),
In the meantime I found out that the TCP/IP stack is actually a
....CORE component of the OS XP and can therefore NOT be
deleted; so I performed now a RESET of this stack as follows:
> Run > cmd > "netsh int ip reset iplog.txt"...but my problem
is still there; unfortunately (!).
