Re: Cannot launch/open Outlook Express after installing Roxio EMC



I believe that's what happened. My identity was deleted. Being that I'm the
only one that uses this computer, it was likely the only identity that was
ever created. Now, the problem is that I cannot even open OE to work on
setting up a new identity.

The link to the MS KB how-to doesn't seem to explain how to go about
creating a new identity in the registry without being able to open OE, at
least not that I can see. Does anyone know how to do this (in layman's terms
please).

Thus far the Roxio group hasn't been of much help. It's easy for the group
that's been responding to get sidetracked and go off on a tangent :(

I'll keep trying - please do the same guys, I appreciate the help very, very
much!
