Re: Mysterious sent folder issue between OE6 and hotmail



PA Bear,

Yes sounds like a similar issue -- only that poster did not mention
accessing the account with two computers. Also, I agree and believe the OE
synchronize feature is more of a poll to Hotmail than a full synch. During
the poll, either OE is sending, or Hotmail picking, the wrong info field. If
the synch function basically executes code to "send" info to Hotmail, I can
imagine logic that indicates to Hotmail that the email user ID is the sender
(because OE is sending info to Hotmail from each OE mail account). To learn
more about this, one would need to see boh the OE and Hotmail code.

I'll contact the other poster and see if he got a response and try Hotmail
although I agree with you that not being a Plus subscriber, I will not get
much attention. I am a MSN subscriber that may help get some attention.
