Received e-mail from Lotus Notes clients

I have a client who uses lotus notes for their e-mail. When they send
e-mails to me without an attachment there is no message in the body of the
e-mail. If they send a file attachment with the e-mail then I can read the
text in the body of the e-mail. When there is no attachment the only way I
can read their e-mail is to go into properties and view the message source.
They said that they don't have this problem sending e-mails to anyone else
using outlook. We are using Outlook Express 6. Any ideas?
