2nd scenario. I am probably looking at a coincidence since the same set up was blocking all attachments with the old MOBO. As an example I go to the annexcafe server quite a bit also and in there when someone posts a vbs,exe,attachments it is left wide open for me if I want to open\save such. I installed the MOBO that I took out from here and installed it on one of my test machines that has the exact same setup except for IE and I have not seen this there or did I see it here before when installed.

Again this is not a bother for me Bruce since I do not touch any attachments but
is only a challenge to find the answer to further my knowledge.I am going to pull this MOBO tonight and install it over to another one with the same setup and let me see if I still get this issue repeated. If I do then I know it is the change of hardware on these servers here and if not I will try to take another approach.
