Found my problem. I had installed "MSN SEARCH TOOLBAR AND WINDOWS DESKTOP
SEARCH" after the last time that it worked. Did a restore to before this
change and the bug is gone. I have another system that has the program
installed and it works ok on that system. The only difference that I can see
is that the system that fails has TWO identities and the system that works
only has one email account. Not sure if that has anything to do with the
bug!!!!!

But I can send pictures again.....
