Hello,

Can you tell me, if in the header details of an e-mail, it said -

X-Mailer: Microsoft Outlook Express 6.00.2800.1106
X-MimeOLE: Produced By Microsoft MimeOLE V6.00.2800.1106

- would that mean they were running Internet Explorer 6 Service Pack 1, on
Windows XP SP1) ???

I used this to make that deduction:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;164539
Under MORE INFORMATION
Internet Explorer for 32-Bit Windows
6.00.2800.1106 Internet Explorer 6 Service Pack 1 (Windows XP SP1)

TIA

.
