Eliminating sent emails that have been stored on my hard drive for
weeks or months curbs spammer abuse? Returning other email
to my ebox with the subject lines now missing curbs spammer abuse?

Criminally executing a virus on your computer is not a solution to
spammer abuse, but the worst type of spammer abuse itself. Microsoft
is criminally spamming my email. They have no right to delete content
already on my hard drive which I have saved which is less than 30mb
of my 250 mb cap. It is more than spamming, Microsoft is executing
criminal software on my machine.

How the market works has nothing to do with. MS promoted hotmail
accounts and basic merchantibility is always warranted. A contract is
not legal whether or not a person agrees to it if the service provided
does not fulfill basic merchantibility.

I send out about 15 to 20 emails a week from my hotmail account.
Obviously I am not spamming. I receive about 150 emails into that
account, 30 are spam and 120 from a mailing list, some of which
I keep. I changed the setting so that the from field was removed
from Bulk Mail, and sent to my Inbox. These settings are provided
by MS. It seems really obvious that email validation should target
high volume email accounts. This validation measure doesn't
target spammers, it attacks longtime customers. Whoever decided
this policy and wrote the script is an idiot.

It really is none of MS business what customers fill there email
boxes with. Spamming is producing a lot of email for other people.
Not 20 messages a week on a busy week. The validation software
should target high volume email senders, not low end ordinary
usage of receiving email. The email returned to my machine after
the validation process is corrupted. And it is not even necessary.
That is obvious. That means that the reason MS provides for
corrupting customer email accounts has nothing to do with spam
prevention, which you mention, or that brief message MS produces
when it terminates your email account in the middle of sending a
message. Those are obvious lies because the validating email has
very little to do with preventing spam for the large majority of users.
It destroys and corrupts legitimate email of legitimate customers.

The idea that nobody is entitled to complain because they don't
pay very much is assinine nonsense and has nothing do to with
fantasies about how the market is supposed to work. You shoul
keep to your limited area of expertise, routers and dsl. MS has
a disgusting policy and people who defend that policy are
disgusting and I hope they drown in their own vomit. People
who support customer abuse by ruthless corportate empires,
are burdens to humanity. If MS wants to cancel free email
accounts, they should do it honestly. Why increase the size
of email accounts from 2mb to 250mb and that make the
account dangerous to use? This way this email validation is
implemented is incredibly stupid and they guy is charge
should be fired in a heartbeat, or this is a deliberate sneaky
method to eliminate or modify the cutomer base.

The reason you or MS give for using validating software
has nothing to do with what the validating software does.
