Help with moving email folders...

I have my old email folders saved on my new computer, but I
can't seem to get them where they need to be - I have tried the
directions posted on this website:

as I was instructed to, and I still can't get the folders to move -
they are all marked "read only" - they are all made with IE6
(which is the same as I am using now) - I am running WinXP
and on a Dell -

I would appreciate ANY help - I need to access these files...
