Hi Paul,

Before creating a new identity the steps in the Microsoft KB article linked
below could be tried. However, the title does say when Find does not work
under any criteria.

FIND only finds unopened emails.
This is a new pc running OE version 6.0 on XP with latest service packs.
I had the identical problem with my last pc running on WIN98.
Is this a known problem?
