NO, Actually the key word is Win-XP. I found the fix for the problem....

SOLUTION,
Obtain a copy of the missing file csapi3t1.dll and place it in the folder
"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Proof".

This problem affects all users using Office w/Win-XP, unless they are using
Office 95, for your information!!
