New PC, but can't find .MDX files on old disk
Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry
Hi All,
I've just bought a new PC (WinXP).
I took the HD (WinXP) out of my old PC and set it up as a secondary drive in
the new box.
Now all I want to do is import all my old emails, settings and address book.
But no way! the Files and Settings Transfer Wizard can't find anything.
I've done searches for .DBX and .WAB but the search comes up with nothing.
What's going on??? I thought this would be a simple procedure. Is everything
hidden or something?
Thanks for any help.
Regards
Kerry
