res is the correct entry. ies was probably a typo.
This fix will work when IE prints and OE does not. The usual tipoff is the script error and the line number reference.
As Bruce indicates, it won't hurt to try, as re-registering a dll is not anything that will break something. Or at least it shouldn't be. <G>

I have the same error message except for one tiny difference - the "URL" portion begins with "res" not "ies". Will this fix work for my situation as well? This problem started immediately after installing an update, and boy am I annoyed! I’m desperate for a solution!
Oh yeah, I agree, the Microsoft website really is of NO help!!
