Ron,
This isn't quite true. Part of the text comes across double spaced and other
parts to do not. That is what is so puzzling. The Cover Page (first page of
the Word document) and the Reference Page (last page of the Word Document)
both come across as double spaced but the body of the news message is single
spaced. Again, this is a copy and paste of the whole document into a news
message across all pages. I was able to get the spacing done by copying and
pasting each individual paragraph one by one. It took awhile but, at least,
I didn't have to retype the whole document.
Having said that, I do not know how to make a post using Word and the Send
To: function as has been suggested in the previous suggestions. Do you
simply place the newsgroup name into the To: block?
