Okay. I won't "snip" anything. I was just trying to keep the message trimmed.

To send a "regular" email from OE I click on "Create" -- or I can also click
on File|New|Mail Message, write the message, and "Send." There's also an
option on the main screen to "Create a new mail message."

Interesting -- if I make OE the default mail handler and click on "reply," a
normal email dialogue box opens! Unless I'm missing something, that's the
only option (i.e., I don't see a different option for making OE the default
email account but default email handler).
