Thanks for the info. I tried the first suggestion that you had which was to
Clear the IE cache from IE> Tools> Internet

This didn't solve my problem. After I typed in regsvr32 /i mshtml and
pressed OK, I got the following message: RegSvr32 DLL RegisterServer and
DLLInstall in mshtml succeeded. When I forwarded an e-mail, the picture
still was not displayed and Outlook Express hung up and I had to use Ctrl,
Alt, Del to cancel the program.
I reset the TIF folder to about 50MB, but it had been 2000MB. Could this be
a problem? Could you please tell me how to reverse what I just did so that
I can get back to where I was before the change? Should I try the next
step that you gave me?
I really do appreciate your help.
