As a guess, he is talking about an old Yahoo! Mail free account and a new
BT Yahoo! Internet account. If BT Yahoo! runs things like SBC Yahoo!, he
may have merged a free Yahoo! account with the ISP account, making that old
free account email address an alias to the new ISP account.
