Hi David,
You'll note in the third line that the Name field info is missing, but there
is a second comma showing that the field has no data. In other words, there
is nothing between the two commas.
Yes, the "Name" field is the Display Name.
The snowfall in the mountains was low last winter. Bad news for skiers. The
good news is ever since a drought was declared near the end of winter the
weather has been cool and wet. There has now been enough water from spring
rainfall to supply summer needs -- if summer-like weather arrives this year.
We could use another "drought," now. <G>

Thanks Tim, This is exactly what I need.
I see you'r from my home state... What happened to the snow tin the
mountains his year :-)
I might have to put this off till tomorrow morning (it's 11:30 here) but I'm
wondering does the format have to stay the way you show it? I'm a little
lost in regards to the;
First Name,Last Name,Name,E-mail Address
Tim,Kauppila,aka Kuay Tim,kuaytim@xxxxxxxxxx
Tim,Kauppila,,kuaytim@xxxxxxxxxx
It seems in the example above, lines 1 & 2 corelate, but if data was entered
as shown in line 3, the wouldn't the first line need to change?
Also, is the aka and/or name what ends up in the "display" field?
Thanks,
