Strangely in OE (6) I can write and read Asian text (Korean most often) yet when the subject text and sended text is displayed in the message
list pane it's garbled. I've also noticed that visiting Korean sites in
IE, again, I can read the text but in the title bar at the
top...garbled. I have all the IME plugins installed. Anyone else
suffered from this or have an answer? TIA.
