This is difficult to answer because the problem does not lie with the mail
client or its configuration. From the error message it would appear to
related directly with Comcast's anti-spam strategy.
Your PC may have been hijacked to send spam.

Or you may be sending a large number of e-mails per day. Comcast should have
been able to help! Shame on them.

1) Called Comcast - no help
2) Deleted all acounts, restarted OE, Made new accounts - didn't work
Having the problem on ALL e-mail accounts (4) on this computer and the exact
same problem started on my wife's computer at the same time.
