links won't launch

Just started to occur. Any attempt to click link in e-mail will cause
TrueVector ( ZoneAlarm Pro version:5.5.094.000
TrueVector version:5.5.094.000 Driver version:5.5.094.000) to crash. Cannot
access any links this way. Shutting down ZA will allow links to work but why
all of a sudden? Re-installed above with same result. Restored the previous
days registry with ERUNT and still same results. Have emptied all temp files
and scanned for spyware with Ad-Aware, Spybot, Spywareblaster and MS antiSpy
with no findings. AV is current and updated daily. Running XP Home with IE6
and OE6, cable broadband. No new programs installed in last week. I am able
to access web normally with IE without any problems.Any ideas? Thank you,
