Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I didn't install additional software, other
than a recommendation to upgrade to the latest ver. of WMP (v.
10). The site has a tv already on it that ties in with WMP
somehow (don't ask me how).

Unfortunately, the problem is still there. It isn't a
problem with the ISP, it's got something to do with the IE6
programme and something I either installed later, or deleted by
mistake, or any combo thereof. I'm not a pro, but I do know my
own system fairly well. I just don't understand why they don't
explain how to fix a problem, rather than just telling you what
happened. I know what happened, it won't work, why can't someone
help me fix it. I certainly haven't gotten to a point that I
wouldn't trust "computer expert" until they actually produced
results.
