What is selected for "Encode text using"? It is a drop down menu. I have
played with my Yahoo! account and MSOE. I always get the picture.
Yahoo! mail options configuration is to block all images; but that setting
should only apply to remote images, not images included within the message.
MS Outlook Express is set to use MIME encoding; but I have selected "None"
for the encoding method in that drop down menu.
