For starters, try to save the screenshot as either a .jpg, or a .png file.
Maybe .gif will also compress the image enough, but most other file formats
will save the image too large. Although you can use an image editor, such
as Bruce Hagen suggests, the Windows Paint program will allow you to both
crop the image to just that part you need to show, and to save the image as
a .jpg (but not a .png) file.
