Did you delete the emails directly on the Hotmail website after saving
as HTML files?

You could just email them to yourself as attachments, but they would
still be HTML files. Right click and choose>send to>mail recipient.You
can copy and paste them into a Word processing program and save them as
docs, then email them to yourself. Again the format would then be doc.
Or copy and paste them into an email to yourself.
