msn outgoing server problem

I get an "unable to connect" message when sending msn e-mail in Outlook
Espress and IncrediMail Xe. I have used "smtp.email.msn.com" and also
"secure.smtp.email.msn.com" for my outgoing server. I have checked "My
server requires authentication" and have tried using both settings: "use same
settings as incoming mail", and "log on using account name and password".
I'm very frustrated. What am I missing, please? Do I need to copy the
exact message information?
