As Frank said, you need to use MIME/Quoted Printable. You specify that in Tools, Options,
Send, Mail, Plain Text Settings.

The message will then wrap to the recipient's message reading window, provided that they
have a compatible mail program. Some older mail programs may not properly display the
message.

Make sure that you use the Enter key only at the end of a paragraph when typing.
