Inbox(1).dbx and Inbox(2).dbx are the corrupted files that were caused either by interrupting a compacting operation or by your antivirus program settings to scan email. You will need to copy those files to a new folder, download DBXtract and run it within that folder to extract the contents as eml files which can then be dragged/dropped into a local mail folder. See www.oehelp.com for downloading DBXtract ($5). Microsoft does not provide any utility that can recover mail from corrupted files. You should review the info at this link for info about DBX file corruption for more assistance:

I've been using OE6 for quite some time now. All of the sudden all of my
email that I had stored in Inbox was gone. Several new 'Search Folders" were
added under Inbox that contain all pre-2005 email. Can someone please
explain to me what happened and how do I get these emails back. Inbox.idx
has a last mod date of date this happened. I now see Inbox(1) and Inbox(2).
