Jim,
Agreeing on the parasite.... I mentioned before that after the "event", I
ran the anti-spy regime and some things were indicated for removal. I did
not note WHAT they were, just wished them good-by.
After that time, there APPEARS to be no parasites or bad thiggies..... (but
am waiting with removal things).....
Did the following that you recommended - no alarms.... (happy days ??)
Will continue to practice safe computing.... and THANKS for ALL who helped.
