Hello Steve,
The above URL will display a Microsoft Internet Explorer
Website, is it the same for Outlook Exp.??
Not sure what you mean x@y ?
The website attempts to explain about newsgroups, & how to set up OE to be
the newsreader.
Get back if I have missed your point?

Hi Steve,
I Logged on to your Link for a short time,
and on the top of the Page left side in blue
it says "Microsoft Internet Explorer"
By reading the whole article you are right it deals with
Newsgroups, and setting up of OE.
My question should have not being asked to you, but
to Webmaster of that site.
Outlook Express Info under Internet Explorer Headline.
sorry for the bother.
Cheers x@y.
