Re: Can't send/rec e-mail - ?reinstall?



I cannot get back to this 'til next week, but she still can't shut down the
right way. (We did fix the OE problem - see reply to Bruce above.)
She has NSW, AdAware, SpyBot, SpywareBlaster, MS AntiSpyware, and ZoneLabs.
None of these are updating on their own. "Cannot find server" etc, even tho'
we are on the Internet. I can update thru Intelligent Updater of NAV, so at
least that's OK. We ran it last night in Safe Mode - no viruses. When I click
on ZoneLabs, nothing happens. Any ideas here? Again, I can't get back to it
'til next week. Thanks
