If nothing happens when you click a link:
Open Windows Explorer.
Go to Tools | Folder Options | File Types.
Scroll down to URL:HyperText Transfer Protocol and select it.
Click Edit or Advanced, depending on your Windows version.
Select 'open'.
Click Edit.

"Application used to perform this action" should read:

#3 (blank)

WWW_OpenURL

Sometimes it is necessary to uncheck Use DDE.

If you get a blank page:

1. Click Start, and then click Run.

2. In the Open box, type:

regsvr32 urlmon.dll

DllRegisterServer in urlmon.dll succeeded.

4. If that doesn't fix it, see this article:

Thanks very much for the suggestions and it did solved problem, now I can
have my mail in server 3 days

I have to report to you again that since I created a new identity, my mail
hyper links is working. no idea it stopped working today or long time before.
in mail, it can not open any hyperlink. so I went to microsoft.com, found a
solution, http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;823301
tried very hard, still can not get mail open any hyperlink. I am sure it is
not new identity, still I tried to set up another identity. the result is the
same, no hyperlinks.

please help

account in it and test it. If it works, then your older identity may be
corrupted. You can import your old messages into the new identity
(File/Import/Messages, selecting From an Identity). Is this problem in the
