Windows 2000 Outlook Express (OE) Hang-Up

I tried to xmit an e-mail that contained 200 jpg files and somehow the
Windows software became corrupted to the point that I could no longer boot
and received the infamous "blue screen". Technicians repaired my PC
operation and it booted properly. I then checked my e-mail at Yahoo &
Hotmail A-ok! When I tried to check my OE e-mail, the left pane window
showed the Outbox(1) as busy and so indicated by the send mail notification
above the toop bar at bottom of page. Thus I cannot use OE!!! What do I
need to do to clear the constant indication that e-mail is being sent? Note:
the repair technicians did reload my Windows 2000 Office.
