You sent the email from your Hotmail account to an account in MSOE? Wasn't
there a diagnostic messagee included in the returned email?

In my case, I see as little as you do in the message window, but I also see
to attachments; ATT00006.dat and Testing (1.24 KB). The latter has an
envelope icon, so it must be an .eml file. While in the message window,
Ctrl+F3 pops up a "Message Source" window. This is the whole content of that
window, up to, but not including, the original message:

The last few lines are the important lines. Notice the line labeled,
"Diagnositic-Code"; that line displays the reason for the return. I have my
mail server for asoake.net set up to return the 559 error for my own testing
purpose. I have obfuscated the user name because I don't want it known; it
only exists to run tests against my mail server.

The point is, Cox is returning the email to Hotmail, for some reason. That
line, Diagnosic-Code:, should explain what the problem is.
