Hi!
I've recently added 2 new accounts to OE6.
If I open OE under either of these new accounts I get two messages:
1. Norton AnitSpam has finished configuring Outlook Express and will now restart. OE restarts, then this message:
2. You are currently working offline. Go onlime now?
I know this is probably a Norton problem but I've even turned off Norton AntiSpam and STILL this happens.
If I open OE under other accounts I have I don't have ANY of this stuff happen.
Can someone help me out?

Uninstall all Norton products. If that doesn't fix it call the Symantec 800 number. Don't accept any answer that doesn't fix the problem.
