Check that your firewall isn't blocking Port 119. And, a few ISPs have blocked it also.

Hey all, I am using OE 6 on WinXp with SP2 to access a series of newsgroups.
I cant seem to access the newsgroup all of a sudden because I am getting this
error code. 800ccc0f
I tried cleaning up the inbox, deleting the accounts and reinstalling them,
(now they wont come back cause I cant access the newsgroups due to error
code) and I also uncheck the scanning of incoming/outgoing email provided by
NAV 2003.
Anyone have any suggestions?
