Email me one of such pictures and I'll take a look at it. I'm not sure there is much one can do though.

Hi,

When I receive email with attached JPG file, Outlook Express (version 6) can not display the picture if the picture file name is Chinese. It is OK if picture file name is in English. I know I didn't have this problem before, and don't know when this problem started (maybe after the Windows XP update?). Wish someone knows the problem can help me.
