Exporting mailing list

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

Hi there;

I'm a mac person so forgive my relative ignorance; is there any way that I
can export a mailing list within an address book. I've exported the address
book itself as a csv but it doesn't seem to have the mailing lists in any
shape or form within it.

I've done a few searches on "export" within this group and haven't found any
solutions.
