You can do that but you would best be served to move the message stores to a
central location (C:\Mail) , set the permissions on the folder and the files
then set up the second account to use the same registry settings as the
first one.
Set up the mail accounts then export the following registry keys and import
into the second account.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Accounts Manager
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\WAB
On the Address Book, I would suggest you move it to a central location as
well then edit the subkey for it to direct it to that path.
