So If I follow you correctly, you are getting new messages, but you get duplicates of any
new message and after downloading them into OE, the web mail shows as empty.
In that case, McAfee Spamkiller looks like the culprit. I'm not familiar with how the
product interfaces. But if you disable it and the problem goes away, you know where the
problem lies.
